so.. let’s see.. backlog growing bigger.. coming up, a post on my experience running a lego-scrum simulation, another one on using the versatile decision-space quadrants (technical debt mapping, mvp identification), then another (short) about a design thinking 3-day course I participated, another one on launching communities of practice and finally one more on running a team-wide health check (spotify – style) on 8 squads of multiple product teams.. whew.. better get started..
